The Network of Networks

TNON

Partnership for Talent Advancement

While the Black British Business Awards clearly focuses on Black talent, confirming the power and depth of the Black talent pipeline, the programmes delivered through our partnership with The Network of Networks (TNON) serve to advance Black and other racial and ethnic minority groups.

TNON’s programmes enable companies and their leadership teams to disrupt and transform formal and informal systems that hinder the ability to retain and promote racial and ethnic minority professionals into senior roles. TNON delivers sustained impact through its solutions for inclusive leadership and talent retention and acceleration.

TNON Systems Change Approach

Using our systems change approach, TNON products involve working with all parts of the organisational ecosystem including the Board, C-Suite, Allies, Employee Network Leaders, DEI, HR and Talent Development professionals to implement solutions to drive positive culture change.
