A HR Business Partner at Barclays, Winnie led a team to launch an internal Diversity Network called Emerge to connect and develop colleagues in their first 5 years at Barclays and to provide opportunities for them to influence Barclays positively. The network’s innovative global Reverse Mentoring Programme enables Analysts to mentor senior leaders, educating them on generational differences in and outside the workplace. With over 600 registrations since the March launch, she has been invited to advise Executive Committee members including the CEO on the value of millennials. She has recently won Four Barclays Values Awards for Respect and Stewardship and been awarded as a Top 100 Rising Star in the We are the City 2016 Awards.
