Najoh Tita-Reid established her career at Procter & Gamble. As a marketing expert, she managed several billion dollar brands including Pampers, Always, Tampax and was nationally recognized for developing the breakthrough P&G “My Black Is Beautiful” campaign.
Najoh’s current role is VP and Country Divisional Head at Bayer Consumer Health for the UK and Ireland. She is a member of the European leadership team and the UK executive sponsor for digital innovation, women’s health, and marketing excellence.
Prior to joining Bayer, Najoh was the General Manager for Merck’s European consumer care unit. Here, she was responsible for leading a region of 11 markets, driving profits, and portfolio management.
Najoh is an avid mentor. Outside of work, she is a certified executive coach and consultant to small business owners.
Najoh is married with two children and lives in London. Her interests include travel, competing in Marathons and Executive Coaching.
