Gavin joined Accenture in 2004 after 4 years at Arthur Andersen. His specialises in implementing Digital Analytics solutions for global organisations combining domain expertise and leadership with data analytics and technology skills.
The first half of his career saw a mix of exciting Media & Telecom clients such as Warner Bros, Universal and EMI, before shifted focus to Financial Services, working on a range of transformation programmes for leading companies.
Gavin was promoted quickly through Accenture; his acumen and reputation for high performance presented opportunities to work in places like California, Tokyo and Australia. He showed remarkable resilience to thrive and flourish as a young black professional and “beat the odds”, becoming a Managing Director in 2014, recognising him as part of Accenture’s Leadership team in the UK. He is now responsible for leading client engagements as well as looking after a significant part of Accenture’s Digital Business in Europe
