Carol joined J.P. Morgan in 2000 and is responsible for embedding CSR into the firm’s international franchises. She leads work in 37 countries across 5 continents managing teams in UK, Hong Kong, India and Brazil. Carol works closely with key leaders to deliver social impact using the firm’s financial resources, people and networks. Budget for these projects has more than doubled in the past 5 years. The impact of this work has been widely recognized. Carol recently accepted the Euromoney Award for Excellence: World’s Best Bank for Corporate Social Responsibility on behalf of the firm.
Carol has served on a number of boards and Government Reviews, chaired the Social Mobility working group for City UK and is a Fellow of the RSA. She is an advocate for the firm’s network for black employees – BOLD – and is the most senior black woman at J.P. Morgan outside the U.S.
