Robert is head of Goldman Sachs’ Corporate Electronic Foreign Exchange (FX) distribution and co-heads the build out of a new FX Payments business. He is a member of the Firmwide Black Network. Robert joined Goldman Sachs in 2017 as a managing director.
Prior to joining the firm, Robert worked at Deutsche Bank as a managing director, where he was global head of Corporate eFX Sales from 2010. Prior to that, he managed strategic initiatives in Citibank’s Institutional Clients Group from 2009 to 2010. Robert started his banking career at JP Morgan Chase in 1998 and worked across Consumer Banking, LabMorgan, and Treasury and Securities Services (TSS), until 2010. Earlier in his career, he spent several years in consumer marketing in the Telecom sector working for AT&T.
Robert earned a BS in Molecular Genetics from the University of Rochester in 1994 and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the
Simon Business School at the University of Rochester in 1996.
