Chris is founder of Ethical Organisational Design (EOD) which focuses on enabling values based cultures in organisations and bringing alternative solutions to wider societal change. Chris was previously Group Head of Organisational Development at the HSBC Holdings Group, based in London. He also served as Vice President Organisational Capability & Talent for the American Express Group and worked out of their offices in London, New York and Sydney. Chris has an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology. He believes that ethical business practice must be at the heart of a society that we all want to live in and this starts with examining our daily personal leadership and decisions.
