a. Sophie will remain Chair and Executive Founder of the BBBAwards and TNON.

b. She will be highly involved with providing strategic support throughout the integration and beyond.

c. She will also assume the new role of Deputy Chair of INvolve working closely with Suki Sandhu OBE and the existing INvolve leadership team.
